Cancellation of orders
You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] to ensure we can stop the shipment. If your order hasn't been sent, we will issue a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Returns Policy below.
Returns policy
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 5 working days of receiving it. Please let us know the reason for the return.
We offer store credit for returned items, excluding any shipping or handling fees, which are non-refundable.
To be eligible for store credit:
Items must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition
Items damaged during return transit will not be eligible for credit
Returns must be sent using tracked postage with signature required.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs or for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis under this policy.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days.
Shipping (NZ Only)
Courier delivery is available within New Zealand.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. You can track your parcel on the NZ Post website.
International Courier
Although we currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand, the following details are provided for future reference or on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you're located elsewhere.
We use two international shipping methods:
NZ Post Tracked Mail: Estimated delivery in 2–6 weeks
DHL Express: Estimated delivery in 5–10 working days
Shipping costs vary by country and are shown at checkout.
A tracking number is provided for all international orders.
Important Notice - Tax & Duty
For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not covered by Moa Toys. We do not reimburse any tax or duty fees.
